Commercial Executive (Subcontracts) - Sembawang
Responsibilities:
- Sources and evaluates sub-contractors.
- Leads sub-contracts team on all assigned works.
- Processes requisitions for sub-contractors and tenders
- Evaluates, negotiates and settles invoices
- Coordinates with Production on sub-contracted works
- Supports Estimating, Conversion and Billing in sub-contracting matters
- Ensures the safety of personnel through compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Regulations
- Ensures that safe operating procedures are followed, and counsel employees about compliance as necessary
- Participates in the preparation of Safe work & Emergency procedures
- Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, preferably with commercial / contractual experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and iSRP system
- Able to work as a team
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
