Construction Supervisor

Job Scopes:
- Make general arrangement for subcontractors and direct workers to carry out the daily activities assigned by the site or Construction Manager.
- Ensure all works are executed in compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, safe work procedures, and company safety policies.
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed within stipulated timelines and quality standards.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and blueprints
- Adaptable and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Must possess Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSS) or Supervise Construction Work for WSH, certificate in confine space and work at height
