Legal Counsel | Global Projects | APAC, Middle East & Europe Exposure

We’re hiring a Legal Counsel for a leading energy group (Top 3 in China, publicly listed) expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

This newly created role is ideal for a legal professional with international project and M&A experience looking to work across borders and high-impact infrastructure initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead legal matters for cross-border projects, contracts, M&A, and joint ventures
• Oversee regulatory compliance across APAC, Middle East, and Europe
• Advise on project risk, legal strategy, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with regional legal teams and senior business stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For:

• Singapore qualified lawyer with 8–10 years of legal experience in international projects, M&A, or infrastructure/energy
• Solid background in construction law, joint ventures, and contract negotiation
• Prior experience in the energy sector (renewable energy, oil and gas, utilities, etc.) will be considered a strong asset due to the nature of the company’s projects
• Strong understanding of legal systems in APAC, Middle East, and Europe
