1. Warehouse Assistant (Must have forklift license)

• Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm
• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
• Location: Gul Crescent [Company Transport @ Yew Tee, Chinese Garden, Lakeside and Boon Lay MRT stations
• Salary: $2000- $2600 + OT

Job Scope:

• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory checks
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock movement and dispatch

1. Logistic Assistant (Must strong in Microsoft office)

Location: Gambas Cres - Sembawang

Salary : $2,000 - $2,500

Roles & Responsibilities

The Logistics Assistant will provide general administrative support. This role involves performing routine clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, data entry, goods receiving and general tasks as assigned.

• Performing the filing of financial and office documents.
• Handle accurate and timely data entry into systems or Microsoft excel.
• Provide general clerical support to other departments when required
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or managers
• Act as a point of contact for vendors, deliveries, and service providers.

1. Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper

Salary: $2000 to $3000 depends on experience (work 6 Days)

1. Overall management of the warehouse to make sure the stocks are in order, accountable and stock amount is correct.
2. Perform store activities that includes ordering, receiving, issuing, inventory counting, housekeeping, data entry and preparing reports
3. Responsible for effective operation of all warehouse activities
4. Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
5. Move & deliver stocks around by provided trolleys
6. Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
7. Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory.
8. Warehouse Assistant (Automotive accessories)

• 5.5 Working Days
• Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) @Tuas
• Saturday (8am – 12pm) @Loyang Warehouse
• Salary: $1900 - $2400 (Based on Experience)
