Warehouse Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Two Woods Logistics (S) Pte Ltd at Pandan Crescent. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, inspecting and unloading incoming goods and materials
- Accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders as per customer requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards and procedures
- 1-2 years' experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Competent in the use of warehouse equipment and technology
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
- Able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
