Job Summary:

Lead product marketing strategies and execution to drive market growth, competitive positioning, and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy, market requirements, and pricing for assigned product lines.
• Develop and monitor business plans, market penetration, and product positioning strategies.
• Translate business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
• Analyze competitors’ market share, activities, and strategies to inform market penetration and defense plans.
• Establish pricing strategies and create marketing tools for successful product launches.
• Gather customer insights and communicate feedback to engineering, management, and procurement teams.
• Lead new product introductions and cross-functional business planning to meet commercial needs.
• Manage booking and sales forecasts in alignment with management targets.
• Oversee and develop team members to ensure effective project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver clear executive updates for customer management reviews.
• Document meeting notes and drive internal action plans to meet deadlines.
• Ensure operations remain within budget while maintaining profitability.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely closure of sign-offs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or a related industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
• Established network within the semiconductor industry in Singapore, Republic of China, or China is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
