B. Skill and Experience Requirement

Relevant experience working in a network security or information security roles.
Technical skills and knowledge to manage and maintain corporate information security.
Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.
Experience in project implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision and deliver completed work on schedule.
Willingness and capability to learn new technologies required for accomplishing project goals.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Diligent, Patient, Articulate, Cooperative
Japanese language at a business proficiency level is essential to communicate with our Japanese clients for business needs/proposals/execution as well as for reporting purposes to our Japan HQ.

C. Expected Working Assignment and accountabilities

Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with industry best practices and each country's regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures.
Develop mechanisms and documentation to enable APAC location to take security measures autonomously.
Organize and structure IT and security operations structure, operation flow.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and recommend and implement appropriate security controls.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
Provide security awareness training and guidance to local employees.
Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers, ensuring their performance meets our requirements
