Position : Airfreight Assistant/Executive (Export)

Location : East – Changi Airfreight Centre
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $3,600 + AWS + Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities:

Handle export airfreight documents such as HAWB, MAWB, permits and invoices
Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders
Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents and internal teams
Monitor flight schedules and cargo readiness
Track shipments and update customers on shipment status
Ensure export procedures comply with customs regulations
Prepare billing, costing and supplier invoices
Update shipment details in the freight system
Support ad hoc operational duties when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of airfreight export experience
Familiar with export documents, airline booking and customs procedures
Knowledge of Tradenet, CCN or CargoWise will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
