About Us
We're a small, driven team of four entrepreneurs building a casual labour platform based in Singapore, specifically designed for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. Think of it as the go-to marketplace for restaurants, cafes, and bars to find part-time staff quickly — all through our own dedicated mobile platform.
Employers can post shifts and pay workers by the hour, while part-timers can browse gigs and get paid faster — no more WhatsApp groups or clunky job boards. We're focused on making casual hiring as seamless as ordering food delivery.
We're launching soon, and we need someone to help us build buzz and community from the ground up.
Role: Social Media Manager
We're looking for a creative, self-starting Social Media Manager to shape our voice, grow our audience, and build a community of both part-time workers and F&B businesses. You’ll work closely with our core team to strategise and execute content across key platforms.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute our social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, short videos, memes, posts, stories)
Grow our audience and community
Monitor trends, conversations, and competitors in the F&B and gig work space
Work with the team to translate product updates and milestones into content
Drive engagement and help position us as the go-to gig work platform in Singapore
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing social accounts (bonus if you’ve grown something from scratch)
Strong content creation skills (basic design/video editing using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Understanding of Singapore’s F&B culture and/or gig economy trends
Proactive, creative, and not afraid to experiment
Bonus: Experience with paid ads, influencer outreach, or community building
