Sales Executive – Demolition Services
Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the demolition services sector. This role focuses on servicing existing clients (main contractors and interior designers) and developing new client accounts in both the residential and commercial construction industries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Identify and approach new potential clients in the construction, renovation, and interior design sectors
Attend site visits and project meetings to understand client requirements and provide demolition solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales proposals
Work closely with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development in the construction, demolition, or interior fit-out industry
Strong understanding of construction workflows, site requirements, and safety protocols
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Candidates with a network of interior designers or main contractors will have an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or demolition-related sales
Knowledge of project tendering and site coordination is a plus
