We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced financial advisory team with administrative coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys supporting people behind the scenes, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar scheduling
- Assist with reminders, follow-ups, and administrative coordination
- Support light personal and operational errands when required
- Organise documents, records, and simple task tracking
- Liaise professionally via WhatsApp, email, and calls when needed
- Provide timely updates and support for ongoing tasks/projects
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Proactive with good follow-through
- Comfortable managing confidential information professionally
- Warm, professional communication style
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office/Canva is a bonus)
- Minimum A-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior admin, coordination, PA, customer service, or support experience is a bonus (not required)
- Able to commit to agreed working arrangements and timelines
