JOB SCOPE:
- Assist in contract administration to ensure a compliance with best practice.
- Liaise closely with M&E Consultant for design and tender.
- Check drawings and sample submissions to ensure that they comply with the contract documents.
- Specialized in Residential, Commercial or Hospitality Industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related field. Experience in hotel projects is an added advantage.
- Must be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- Good negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
