Marketing Executive (Retail/Commercial Property)

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive footfall and enhance tenant engagement.
- Develop content for digital and offline channels, including social media, newsletters, and mall signage.
- Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate campaigns and activations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience in retail or commercial property industry.
- Good project management skills; able to handle campaigns, social media, and events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants, vendors, and teams.
