- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7pm to 7am
- Salary: Up to $4,500 ($3,000 + OT Pay + Fixed Allowances) + VB
- Location: Kaki Bukit (Near MRT)
The Production Team Lead's responsible is:
- Support the Production Manager in daily operations, including night shift coverage
- Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet output, schedule, and quality targets
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate manpower, approve overtime, and manage shift coverage
- Troubleshoot production issues and support setup of new lines or equipment
- Train, guide, and motivate team members; maintain discipline and support performance reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min ITE in engineering related field
- Min 2 years of people management experience in production line
