Job Description including but not limited to:

• To receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list.
• To prepare mould grouping and coordinate with contract department and mould suppliers.
• To prepare database for all the precast components and update the material data those received from QS.
• To Prepare Monthly Production List (MPL), issue to production team and monitor according to main contractor site requirement/schedule.
• To monitor the actual usage of materials against the contract quantity and feed back to plant manager/production engineer in-charge.
• Monitor & update the production records in the dfatabase/IPBS system.
• Ensure material planning as per production schedule and Updating all materials records.
• To order, monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials.
• Responsible for all the material order, precast cast and delivered quantity for the assigned projects.
• Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering from recognised University
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to adhere to schedule and maintain proper records and documentations
• Strong ability to work in team, proactive and good communication skills
