Responsibiltiies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Fund Managers, ensuring efficient and responsive communication.
- Oversee daily back-office operations, including fund accounting, trade and bank reconciliations, processing of wiring instructions, reviewing NAV calculations, preparing investor statements, and maintaining internal databases.
- Support the preparation and coordination of fund financial audits.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks such as KYC updates requested by counterparties, preparation of board resolutions, and assistance with bank or broker account openings.
- Contribute to the development and execution of both short-term and long-term operational objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the Team Leader and Management on operational issues and progress.
- Execute operational decisions and directives as instructed by the Team Leader and Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 4 to 5 years' relevant experience in Hedge Fund middle and back-office operations (Hedge Fund or Fund Accountant)
- Prior experience and understanding of the asset management and/or hedge funds industry are required
