About the role
Senior Technical Officer responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance work, troubleshooting electrical and air conditioning faults, and managing facilities equipment repairs including burst water pipes, mechanical work, and medical gases systems.
Key responsibilities- Plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the supervisor / HOD
- Work with technicians to troubleshoot electrical faults, reinstate power supply and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrences
- Work with technicians to troubleshoot air condition faults, reinstate air conditioning systems back to normal and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrences
- Work with technicians to repair burst water pipes, mechanical work, medical gases systems and other related facilities equipment
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation for all maintenance activities
- Contractor & Vendor Management
- Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination
- Obtain quotes through the organisation's e-procurement portal
- Diploma or fresh higher NITEC in electrical / mechanical / facilities management
- NITEC with minimum 2 – 3 years building maintenance related experience
- A leader who is driven, responsible and possesses growth mindset
