Respond customer's enquiries via WhatsApp
Explain the purchasing process
Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
Simple translation support
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Non-experience is welcome to apply
Proficiency in English and Japanese language (JLPT N3 for above) to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
Good working attitude & punctuality
Willing to work on weekends
