Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our salon. The role combines professional hair services with basic digital content creation to support brand growth.
✂️ Key Responsibilities- Provide a full range of hair services including haircut, colouring, perming, and treatments
- Perform scalp care services and assist with AI-assisted hair washing (training provided)
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
- Create simple short-form content (e.g. TikTok, Instagram) to showcase services and results
- Assist in promoting the salon through personal or collaborative social media efforts
- Maintain cleanliness and professional salon standard。
- Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a hair stylist
- Strong skills in haircut, colouring, and treatments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu preferred)
- Experience in content creation or having a personal account with engagement is a plus (not mandatory)
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technology and trends
- Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: $3,400 – $6,000 (based on experience)
- Commission + performance incentives
