Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Handle progress claims billing and track project-related payments
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Perform AR aging analysis and prepare collection reports
- Resolve billing discrepancies and liaise with customers on payment matters
- Ensure proper recording of transactions in the accounting system
- Support audit requirements by preparing AR documentation
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes
- Identify process improvements to enhance AR efficiency
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in AR, billing, or project-based environment is an advantage
- Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
