Business Development Executive (Cleaning Services)

We are a growing cleaning services company in Singapore seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our portfolio of cleaning contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing commercial cleaning projects across various sectors including office, F&B and industrial.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning services
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and site visits to potential clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Follow up on leads and manage sales pipeline
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth project handover
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
• At least 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
• Experience in cleaning / facilities management industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work independently
