Our client is seeking a Medical Sales Specialist (Infection Control) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Drive sales growth: Promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products to healthcare facilities, focusing on expanding the customer base and maintaining existing relationships.
- Build key relationships: Develop strong networks with customers and Key Opinion Leaders to enhance product visibility and adoption.
- Organize events: Manage seminars and exhibitions to showcase products and increase brand awareness.
- Deliver presentations: Conduct product presentations and training programs to educate customers on agency products.
- Gather market insights: Provide detailed quarterly reports on market intelligence, competition, and changing customer needs.
- Manage product lifecycle: Oversee different models and SKUs, implementing strategic brand management activities.
- Launch new products: Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute launch plans for new models, targeting the right market segments.
- Educational background: Diploma holders, preferably in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or Science-related fields.
- Industry experience: 2 years of experience in the Medical Sales industry are required, preferably with infection control equipment or consumables (e.g., sterilizers, disinfectants, infection prevention devices, etc.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated individual: An outgoing, independent, and motivated personality to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:45pm
- Office Location: Kallang
- Salary: Basic $3500 - $4200 + Commission + Transport allowance $1100
- AWS and VB are provided
