Job Description & Requirement

Duties and Responsibility:

Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
Maintain details documentation of network configurations, system settings, and troubleshooting procedures.
Implement security measures.
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.

Job requirement:

Minimum 5 years of experience in computer network, system and security.
Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve site issues.

Qualification Level

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Hardware & Network Engineering or related discipline.
