What you'll do:

- Identify operational gaps within the business and implement targeted cost-saving initiatives that enhance financial efficiency across all functions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners such as vendors, finance professionals, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Conduct cost negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms that maximise value for the organisation while maintaining strong relationships.
- Design and roll out efficient processes that support market research, consulting projects, real-world evidence (RWE) studies, regulatory affairs, and contract sales & medical solutions (CSMS).
- Monitor ongoing business expenses rigorously to ensure alignment with profit margins and adherence to budgetary targets set by senior management.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges as they arise by delivering both immediate fixes and sustainable long-term solutions that benefit the wider team.
- Support finance and compliance departments during audits by preparing accurate documentation and offering valuable insights into operational practices.
