Job Description:
- Assist in the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, evaluating, and hiring talent for the company. More for interns and entry level roles.
- Screen job applicants and support the team by shortlisting potential candidates.
- Plan and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage job postings on company's career site and external job platforms.
- Provide support for Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Singaporeans only
