We are hiring an experienced HR & Admin Manager to handle full-spectrum HR functions including payroll, policy implementation, compliance, and reporting. This role also oversees office administration, dormitory management, IT support coordination, insurance/license renewals, and company events.

Ideal for a hands-on, organized professional with strong HR and multi-functional operations experience.

Location: West
Working days: 5 days

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources (HR) Management
  • Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety standards, and FEDA requirements.
  • Manage HR reporting and documentation for audits and internal governance.
  1. Administrative & Corporate Support
  • Supervise office administration including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Manage dormitory accommodation for staff, ensuring proper upkeep and compliance.
  • Coordinate with IT support for systems and equipment, acting as the liaison between internal teams and external providers.
  • Oversee renewal of insurance policies, company licenses, and other statutory requirements.
  • Plan and execute company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare initiatives.
  1. Team Management
  • Supervise and mentor the HR and Admin Team
  • Provide guidance, set KPIs, and ensure smooth daily operations of the HR and Admin team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative, and managerial or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards (including FEDA and workplace safety).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
