As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Manager, FP&A & Corporate Development to support both financial performance management and corporate development initiatives.
Description
Reporting to the regional finance leadership team, you will play a dual role across FP&A and M&A initiatives, driving financial planning processes while supporting strategic investment and transaction activities across the Group.
Financial Planning & Analysis- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the Group
- Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Analyse financial, operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
- Prepare clear and concise management reports for senior leadership and investors
- Partner closely with Business Unit leaders and functional heads to support financial planning and performance management
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability
- Translate complex financial data into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Lead revenue and cost forecasting, incorporating both market trends and internal business drivers
- Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives and changing operating conditions
- Support long-term planning, budgeting alignment and performance tracking
- Support end-to-end M&A activities, including both buy-side and potential sell-side transactions
- Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis and synergy assessments
- Build and review financial models to support investment decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transaction execution
- Strengthen and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and efficiency
- Contribute to building scalable and best-in-class FP&A frameworks
- Leverage financial systems, data tools and automation to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or M&A
- Strong financial modelling skills and solid understanding of financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
- Experience leveraging data tools or automation to improve reporting and analysis is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
- Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) will be advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required
- Direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership on strategic decision-making
