Sales Associates

This position will report to the Store Manager/Retail Manager.

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets in our brand "Hästens". The ideal candidate must be aggressive in closing deals, demonstrate excellent customer service, and have a passion for learning about new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and post-sale support.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and continuously update yourself on the products features and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Establish yourself as the “go-to” person for beds and sleeping advice.
• Embody a passion for Hästens and it’s heritage
• Requirements:
• Proven sales experience minimum 4 years in retail preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Aggressive, goal-oriented mindset with a "hunter" attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Quick learner with a strong desire to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Bilingual and fluency in both written and conversational Chinese is a must.
