Offshore Relationship Manager (International Bank)

Adecco is collaborating with a well-established international bank that has a strong presence in Asia. This bank provides a wide range of products and services to cater to the diverse needs of its customers. These offerings include various aspects of personal banking, business banking and wealth management.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW clients across North Asia, with a strong focus on relationship-building and client retention.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals and strategic business development initiatives targeted at the region.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists to design and implement tailored investment, wealth management and bancassurance solutions that address the specific needs of North Asian clients.
• Stay updated on financial markets, regulatory changes and economic trends impacting offshore banking clients.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering personalized service, conducting regular portfolio reviews and maintaining proactive communication in culturally relevant ways.
• Provide timely insights and recommendations based on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, client engagement and business development activities.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management and/or offshore banking.
• Proven track record in managing HNW relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions and bancassurance.
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be advantageous for engaging effectively with clients in North Asia.
