✅ Proven track record in telesales, internet sales, or software product sales

- Develop new business opportunities to meet market trends and company goals

- Report weekly forecasts and track sales performance.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing) to attract leads

- Develop independent content and manage day-to-day marketing activities across social media
- Explore new communication channels to improve brand presence and lead generation
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including advertisements, event promotions, and marketing presentations
- Maintain active participation and membership in industry networking organizations
- Attend events, trade shows, and webinars to promote HRIS and payroll solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create sales enablement materials (brochures, whitepapers, case studies)
Required Qualifications
✅ 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development (preferably in HR software, SaaS, or payroll solutions)✅ Proven track record in telesales, internet sales, or software product sales
