1. Process Engineer /5 days /Up to $5,000

• Oversee the deliverables of the Milling and Turning sections to meet production requirements.
• Ensure First Article (FA) process stability, achieving the shortest possible cycle time at optimal cost.
• Adhere to job commitments by planning and providing accurate delivery dates.
• Prepare, document, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Diploma in Mechanical with experience in CAD and CAM applications.
• Understanding of processes for milling and turning, ability to set up machine for Horizontal CNC.

1. QA Inspector /Up to $2,500+ OT

• Perform quality inspection using CMM, height gage, profile projector, micrometer etc.
• Prescribe inspection plan and document the result on inspection report as per customer requirement.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment are in good operating condition.

1. Grinder /Up to $3,500 + OT

• Perform setup and cylindrical/surface grinding operation
• Responsible for maximizing the production output for any machines under your care.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the machine.

1. Machinist ( 5 Axis -Milling x 1 /& Turning x 1) /Up to $3,500

• Perform setup and CNC Turning / Milling operation
• Responsible for maximizing the production output for any machines under your care.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the machine.
• Other duties will be assigned later by the supervisors and/or managers involved.
