About the client
My client is seeking a consultative B2B sales professional to drive the growth of their corporate learning business across the South East Asia region. This role blends strategic account management with new business development, focusing on selling financial, banking, private wealth management, and credit risk training programmes.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across banks, financial institutions, and corporations to understand their capability needs and design tailored learning solutions that deliver measurable value.
About the role
Reporting to Senior Director, your responsibilities would includes- Manage a portfolio of existing clients across SEA, ensuring strong relationships and high renewal rates.
- Conduct strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Maintain commercial oversight of ongoing programmes while ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Identify, prospect, and win new logo clients across banking, financial services, and corporate sectors.
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and market engagement.
- Lead consultative conversations to diagnose client needs and position relevant learning solutions.
- Work closely with trainer faculty and product specialists to design customised training programmes.
- Translate client challenges into structured learning solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Stay informed on financial markets, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
- Represent the organisation as a thought partner in learning and capability development.
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally within financial services, corporate learning, or professional education.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking products, or credit risk.
- Demonstrated success in both account management and new business acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
