Love being around kids and water? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Swim Coach & Operations Executives!
At Inspire Mum & Baby, we believe swimming is more than a skill — it builds confidence, safety, and joy. This role lets you combine teaching and movement with hands-on operational experience in a fun, family-friendly environment.
No prior coaching experience needed — we’ll train you and support you through an internationally recognised swim coach certification.
What You’ll Do- Assist and conduct fun, engaging swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
- Support daily operations — from class planning, bookings, and scheduling to helping parents with enquiries.
- Ensure pool safety, cleanliness, and smooth class flow.
- Learn to communicate confidently with children and parents.
- Grow your skills in both teaching and centre management.
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Enjoys being active and loves the water.
- Positive attitude, good communicator, and a reliable team player.
- No experience required — we’ll provide full training!
- Must be available on weekends.
