About the role
Business Development Executive (Retail & Distribution) at Hailego, a fast-growing Singapore-based e-commerce and supply chain company specializing in cross-border logistics, overseas warehousing, TikTok Shop operations, retail distribution, and brand localization.You will be a highly driven Business Development Executive with existing retail, supermarket, distributor, or FMCG connections in Singapore.
Key responsibilities- Develop and expand retail and distributor partnerships in Singapore
- Connect with supermarkets, pet retail chains, convenience stores, and local distributors
- Introduce overseas and local brands into Singapore retail channels
- Support offline expansion for TikTok trending products and e-commerce brands
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams for product launches and distribution
- Existing relationships with buyers, distributors, or retail managers is a strong advantage
- Experience with Singapore retail channels such as NTUC FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Giant, Cold Storage, Guardian, Watsons, Pet Lovers Centre (PLC), CatSmart, Pet Master, Scarlett Supermarket, Miniso, Value$, 7-Eleven, Cheers, and local distributors and retail chains
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) — Chinese communication is required for coordination with Chinese brands and partners
- Experience in retail distribution, FMCG, pet industry, e-commerce, or channel sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiar with Singapore retail market and local business culture
- Basic salary from SGD 3,500
