Position: Business Analyst

Duration:1 Year (Renewable Yearly)

Location- Clementi

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

A System Analyst/Business Analyst evaluates and improves an organization’s IT systems by analyzing business requirements, identifying system and software needs, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current IT systems and business models to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document user and system requirements through consultations, interviews, and observations.
• Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
• Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and stakeholders to implement and integrate systems.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders, business users, vendors, other IT counterparts.
• Strong technical understanding of IT applications (SQL, system design/integration, IT project related activities, etc).
• Strong understanding of IT service request management.
• Proactive and independent in engaging stakeholders to achieve results.
• Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
• Personal effectiveness in managing work priorities and timeline.
• Project Management experiences will be advantageous.
