• Manage maintenance and engineering activities for electrical facilities in manufacturing plants to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Coordinate and execute major field maintenance works without compromising worker safety or facility integrity.
• Liaise with internal and external business units to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and uninterrupted plant operations.
• Conduct engineering studies and implement modifications to electrical facilities according to technical specifications and business requirements.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for Electrical Supervisors to enhance their skills and competency levels.
• Support implementation of management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• At least 3 years of working experience as an Electrical Engineer in the engineering field.
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) is a plus.
