Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: Tai Seng / Machpherson Area

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: $2,800 – $4,000 (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and tender submissions
Evaluate and compare suppliers’ quotations
Manage procurement and payment claims
Monitor project costs and contract variations
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers for project coordination

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related fields
At least 1 year of relevant experience in painting contractors
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Immediate availability preferred
