Assistant Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)

Key responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and administrative support to Relationship Managers in servicing corporate client portfolios, including account opening, KYC documentation, periodic reviews, and maintenance of client records.
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and follow-up of credit applications, credit reviews, limit setup requests, and related approval and servicing processes.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to facilitate smooth processing of client transactions and services.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for internal banking and digital banking systems.
- Support client onboarding and assist corporate clients with internet banking platforms and other digital banking services.
- Assist in transaction processing and post-loan administration, including tracking documentation, monitoring covenants, and preparing internal reports.
- Prepare management reports, internal documentation, and client-related materials when required.
- Support additional tasks and projects assigned by Relationship Managers or management.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Relevant 2 years experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, trade finance, or related financial services roles
- Basic understanding of corporate banking products, credit processes, and regulatory / compliance requirements is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
