Key Responsibilities
Follow up promptly with clients on motor insurance enquiriesHandle policy renewals for clients
Update and maintain the customer database accurately
Prepare motor insurance quotations and issue policies
Process insurance policies and related documentation
Administrative support, including filing, printing, and email management
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
