Marketing Executive for Hunter Boots - Hougang

About the Role
Hunter is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support our regional marketing initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia (subject to expansion to include other region). This role is pivotal in driving the brand’s 360° marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, campaign planning, influencer engagement, and visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and retail, has a keen eye for aesthetic design, and brings a balance of creativity and analytical thinking. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute impactful campaigns that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Digital Marketing- Plan and execute content strategies across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Develop monthly content calendars, including post scheduling and caption writing.
- Build and manage influencer outreach campaigns, product selection and arrange for product delivery.
- Draft and coordinate monthly articles for website/blog, working with SEO agency to optimise performance.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and compile monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Plan and manage 360° marketing calendar, including digital, retail, and Public Relation campaigns.
- Work with designers to create campaign and promo collaterals.
- Coordinate with performance agency to develop campaign materials and ad placements.
- Manage campaign budgets and track ROI against marketing goals.
- Liaise with mall management and event partners on store campaigns and activations.
- Assist in planning of retail / influencers event to drive awareness and store sales conversion.
- Organise product shoots for new collection drops and manage post-production workflow.
- Support store teams with seasonal VM updates and displays.
- Ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines for every new campaign.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for installation and visual rollout.
- Support Public Relation activities including crafting press releases and maintaining media assets.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, stylists, and media partners to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain a press and influencer database and coordinate gifting or seeding campaigns.
- Maintain and organise a library of marketing assets including high-res visuals, press releases, and brand guides.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to track marketing KPIs and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and retail teams to support in-store promotions and customer engagement.
- Processing and keep track of marketing expenses.
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing. Experience in fashion, luxury, skincare, or retail industry is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sense and a passion for fashion and design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- A friendly and collaborative team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
