Marketing Executive [Retail / Real Estate / MNC] - Toa Payoh

RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Marketing Executive to join my client in the Real Estate industry!

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for all ongoing activities
• Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for company’s programs and various initiatives to drive sales
• Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
• Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of the company
• Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms
• Proactively market advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall
• Manage and supervise Digital Services Advocates

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Data-driven with prior knowledge in SAP/AEM will be added advantage
