Project Assistant, Site Based (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

• Office located at Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• 1-Year Contract, renewable

• Supervise project sites to ensure regulatory compliance and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Prepare and process project-related paperwork, such as data entry, drawings and reports.
• Assist in tracking projects and managing the project cycle.
• Report to project stakeholders on project updates, milestones, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the project team.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Will be 70% site work, 30% office work

• Willing to visit work sites
• At least 1-year of relevant experience in site related jobs
