About the role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Product Specialist to join our growing team at Bauerfeind Singapore. In this full-time role over 5.5 days, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing of our innovative medical devices and orthopaedic products across the Central Region.This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry and contribute to the success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Assist the sales team in providing product demonstrations and technical support to customers
- Deliver effective product training to internal staff and external partners to ensure a strong understanding of our solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals and patients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes
- Diploma in a healthcare, life sciences or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for the healthcare industry
- Basic knowledge of medical devices and orthopaedic products would be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and other languages
