Job Purpose
The F&B Area Manager will be in charge of up to 4 outlets. His/her responsibilities will include ensuring smooth daily operations, manpower planning and staff development, maintaining consistent customer service and food quality, and delivering improvements in sales and business results.
Main Responsibilities- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the outlets
- Ensuring Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety
- Management & Training/Development of Staff
- Delivering Sales & Profit
- Able to work in both FOH and BOH roles
- Team player with good leadership and communications skills
- Committed and passionate in F&B business
- Able to work 6 days a week and on weekends/PH
