Adecco is hiring for a boutique commodities trading firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Trade finance with at least 2 years of experience. This role will also support finance and may take on light HR and administrative duties, offering excellent exposure to the dynamic world of commodities trading.

The Job:

Monitor trade documentation and ensure timely settlement of trades
Liaise with counterparties, brokers, and banks to ensure smooth transaction processing
Assist with LC (Letter of Credit) applications and coordination with trade finance banks
Ensure accuracy of trade-related accounting entries
Liaising with banks regarding all banking matters, including bank loans
Assisting in KYC tasks
Take on a small portion of compliance & other responsibilities.
Other ad hoc Accounting and HR duties

The Talent:

Minimum of a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
1 - 3 years of experience in handling Trade Finance duties.
Experience in Accounting is a plus
Flexible, hands-on, and willing to take on multi-functional responsibilities including HR/admin support
