Job Description

5+ years of experience in application development with Salesforce Cloud platform
Experience working with Waterfall, Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Develop, and work across Salesforce development in areas such as LWC, Apex classes / triggers, Flows etc. to implement solutions based on business

requirements.

Working closely with UX designers, project managers, business and systems analysts/architects for business requirements
Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
Writing and implementing efficient code with proper unit testing
Consistently adhering to best practices and standards on development, including the use of source control and related technologies such as Git and

GitHub and Salesforce Development Lifecycle tooling and technologies such as Salesforce DX

Provide mentoring to IT team to develop and enhance their skills on various platforms
Ensuring project documentation, both internal and external that is delivered, aligns to standards
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What you will bring?

Must have experience working with object-oriented programming languages such as Apex, Java etc.
Must have experience working with LWC, Aura components, Visualforce pages etc.
Must have experience or knowledge in web technologies: HTML, Javascript, CSS
Must have experience working with Apex Triggers and should understand database operations and query languages
Experience or knowledge of additional cloud platforms will be a plus, such as Heroku, AWS, GCP etc.
Knowledge and interest in cloud solutions, mobile/web development, and the latest technologies
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues and clients
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
Attention to feedback and willingness to always improve outcomes
