FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE - Job Description & Requirements
  1. Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
  2. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  3. Clean up guest room.
  4. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
  5. Notify managers of necessary repairs.
  6. Collect and dispose of trash.
  7. Assist guests when necessary.
  8. Keep linen room stocked.
  9. Properly clean upholstered furniture.
  10. To maintain effective communication within the Housekeeping Department.
  11. To take on any other task or assignment that may from time to time be given or directed by Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper
  12. Training Management.
