About the role
We are looking for a Recruiter for Wise Owl Headhunters, an Employment Agency with a Valid EA License (Parent Company LionBrokers) under MOM. We will provide the leads from various Job Boards and Advertisements.
Your duty as a Recruiter would be to contact the leads, filter them well, and conduct Zoom interviews to qualify them. We are recruiting for the insurance industry (Do note that we are not an insurance firm).
It would be an added advantage if you could headhunt candidates who are willing to join insurance too.
Key responsibilities- Contact leads provided from various Job Boards and Advertisements
- Filter leads well
- Conduct Zoom interviews to qualify candidates
- Manage good relationships with clients
- Experience in conducting interviews charismatically is a must have
- Good relationship management with clients is a must have
