Job Description
  • Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
  • Taking off quantity and prepare costing and budget for projects.
  • Preparation of progress claims and updating progress payment
  • General quotation for commercial and residential.
  • Liaise with sub-cons and supplier
  • All office administrative work.
  • Account and Book Keeping.
  • Preparing/Filing of Financial report
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Positive attitude and good communication
  • Experience in Accounting and Finance report filing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Knowledge in Construction and Interior Renovation activities.
  • interior fit-out experience preferred.
