HR Trainee Program Manager (Perm, Central)

Our client is an established MNC specialising in supply chain particularly in fashion industry. They are seeking for a HR program manager to provide onboarding, training, development and employee engagement in the organisation.

Salary up to $6000 (AWS+VB)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment and onboarding process
• Provide guidance and support to throughout the training program, addressing any concerns and facilitating their professional development.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to senior management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, talent development, or training coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
